If you come across an operating bug while using Trusty Timer, you can report the problem within the tool.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Click on the down arrow next to your username in the upper right corner of the screen.

   

2. Select Report Bug.

3. You’ll be directed to a new browser tab, recorder.jam.dev, where you’ll be asked to record your screen to capture the steps you’re taking when noticing the bug. You can choose to include your voice in the recording or only capture your screen.

4. Click Start Recording.

   1. You may need to confirm your microphone and select the specific screen you want to record.

5. Click Share.

   1. A timer will begin on the screen.
   2. Navigate back to your Trusty Timer tab and move through the steps leading up to the error/bug.

6. When done retracing your steps, return back to the recording tab and click Stop.

   1. If you are not content with the first attempt to record your steps, you can click Redo and try again.

7. Click Submit recording.
